Exercises That You Can Track With Our Food Diary
There are two types of exercises: aerobic exercises and anaerobic exercises. You can record both in the food diary.
Aerobic exercises are the ones we use heart-lung and burned mostly fat. This is good for weight loss. Examples of aerobic exercises are
running, jogging, walking, bicycling, swimming. Any type of exercise which uses the large muscles of the legs, and causes you to deep breathe and continues for more than 20 minutes straight is aerobic exercise.
You can record aerobic exercise under the exercise section in our food diary. By clicking on exercise, add exercise, and selecting an aerobic exercise from the list. Our food diary lists about a hundred such exercises.
Aerobic exercise is best for weight loss and general health. It is a highly recommend.
Anaerobic exercise is exercise that brings mostly sugar, and uses less heart-lung action. Such exercise is not good for weight loss, and is generally less healthy. Example of anaerobic exercise is weightlifting, or sprinting really fast.
Our food diary is able to log anaerobic exercise as well. It is basically used to build muscle mass, shaped muscles, and look muscular. It is not highly recommended for weight loss.
